If you’re looking for a structure with more space and versatility than a shed, we offer custom-built garages. These garages are ideal for vehicle parking, workshops, storage, and more.
We build them directly on your property, with the option of a one- or two-story design. If you prefer a modular approach, we can also build the garage in sections and assemble it on-site.
Springwood garages are built with a wooden frame. Vinyl siding comes standard, but you can easily switch to wood or metal. Some people prefer custom siding to match their home or other buildings, and we’re happy to make that happen.
Our garages can be built in an A-frame or Gambrel-style. Each standard garage design we offer has a different truss style—standard, attic, scissor, and others. These different styles affect how much space you get inside, the look of the garage, and its structural strength.

We’re able to build garages in almost any size. Our standard sizes are in two-foot increments, ranging from 20×20 up to 30×62, but if none of those are quite right, we can adjust the dimensions to fit your space.
These are our standard garage sizes, but you’re not limited to just the options shown above. We can build a garage in just about any size you need, up to 30 by 62 feet. Our standard models are just a starting point. Every part of the garage can be customized, from size and roof style to doors, windows, and more.
In planning for a shed, there are several variables to be considered that will affect the lead time. The permitting process will look different depending on your location and township and could stretch out the overall timeframe. The choices you make about the foundation and garage design will also contribute to how long the lead time will be. However, once we start building on-site, the work usually takes just one to three days.
